State of Ohio law requires every contributor to provide his or her personal name, personal address, employer, and occupation.
If the contributor is self-employed, the business name and occupation of the contributor must be provided.
Corporate contributions are prohibited.
Partnerships, LLCs, and other unincorporated entities may contribute, but are required to provide the name of an owner to whom the contribution is attributed.
